We offer a wide range of soft play equipment, including ball pits, bouncy castles, slides, and more, to make your event memorable and enjoyable for children.

Renting from HappiHop is easy! Simply browse our selection of soft play equipment on our website, choose between the items or package you'd like to rent, select your preferred rental date and time, and fill out the booking form. We'll contact you within 48 hours to confirm your booking. We take care of delivery, setup, and pickup, so you can focus on hosting a fantastic event!

Yes, we provide delivery, setup, and pickup services for all rentals. Our professional team will ensure that your soft play equipment is safely installed and ready for use at your event up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start. Delivery fees are based on your location.

Absolutely! At HappiHop, we take cleanliness and safety seriously. Our soft play equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use to ensure a hygienic and safe play environment for your little ones.

We understand that unexpected weather conditions can occur. In the event of adverse weather, we offer flexible rescheduling or relocation options, subject to availability. To prioritize the safety of the little ones, we will refrain from setting up outdoors if there is rain forecasted.

Keeping your event:

We kindly request that you designate an indoor space as a backup in case of rain on the day of event.

Rescheduling your event:

Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your rental. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable in cases of weather-related cancellations. However, you have the option to apply your deposit as credit for a future date.

*Once we have completed the full equipment setup and your event has commenced, refunds WILL NOT be issued.

Before 4 weeks: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Within 4 weeks of event: Unfortunately, the deposit booking fee is non-refundable. A credit can be applied should you choose to reschedule the event.
